Linda Seagraves has decades of training and practical experience in Mind-Body Health and has helped clients improve their lives in exciting, sometimes surprising ways. These include:

Her background includes Nature & Forest Therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, trauma release through Somatic Experiencing, and supportive disciplines such as Yoga and Qi Gong.

Because working effortlessly with the body is fundamental to working effectively with stress patterns, Linda also includes practices such as yoga (as a certified instructor) qi gong, and music (harp, Native American flute, and drumming) into her sessions and workshops.

Linda has worked for 15+ years as a stress reduction consultant for individuals and organizations.
